2. Before applying online every candidate should submit an application fee of Rs. 500/- for BPS-11 to 16, Rs. 2000/- for BPS 17 & above.
3. After filling online application, take print of and submit it along with attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC and passport size colored photographs, and original bank challan / DD / PO of paid processing fee must reach the office of HR Department, Room No. 16, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.
4. The last date to apply is July 23, 2025.
