The candidate shall fill out an online form available on the UHS website (http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs).
Before applying online every candidate should submit an application fee of Rs. 300/- for BS-01 to 04, Rs. 500/- for BPS-05 to 16, Rs. 2000/- for BPS 17 & above.
After filling online application, take print of and submit it along with attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC and passport size colored photographs, and original bank challan / DD / PO of paid processing fee must reach the office of HR Department, Room No. 16, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.
The last date to apply is April 24, 2024.
Applicants already working in Government / Semi-Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel.
