Candidates must possess qualification B.Sc (Civil Engineering) from HEC recognized institution.
Candidates must have at least 12 years experience in the relevant field in Govt., Semi Govt. or large Private industrial concern. In case of higher qualification, the experience can be reduced to 10 years.
Candidates must have maximum age limit up to 45 years.
