Educational & Experience Requirements: As every job needs its particular education and experience similarly these jobs also need their basis education. So for Sr No, 1 post the retired Saubidar / Saubidar Major / Honorary Captain and Honorary Lieutenant who possess the computer literacy are required to apply. For Sr No, 2 & 3 Retired JCO’s and NCO’S from Armed Forces with computer proficiency are required to apply and for rest of the posts Retired Civilian, Soldiers from govt sector and from armed forces with Matric and Middle qualification are required. The driver possess the LTV Driving License with driving experience are eligible to apply and rest of the jobs possess their own expertise in the relevant work will be appointed for these posts.

Age Limit: The upper age limit should be 55 years whereas for the post of Driver and Security Guard should not be above that 50 years.
