Candidates have to submit five copies of applications along with complete CV, attested copies of educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile and recent photographs on the following address given below.
Application must accompanied with pay order of Rs. 1000/- for the post of Professor and Rs. 500/- for other posts in favor of SZABMU.
Last date for submission of application is 15^th December, 2015.
Candidates already employed in Govt. and Semi Govt. Department must apply through proper channel.
