The Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has done it again by announcing the Third Phase for the Laptop Distribution in Punjab 2014, this laptop distribution is among the students Boys and Girls of 9th and 10th Class. It is the third time that CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has announced about the distribution of Laptops among the students to encourage the passion of knowledge. The Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s Scheme for distribution of Laptop is to increase the knowledge and scope of research and quality education among the students and to bring the focus of students towards the information technology. In the third phase of Distribution of Laptop there will 100 thousand students will facilitate by giving laptops. The main motive behind this huge project is help students to gain knowledge and to make them professional for the future. This laptop scheme costs Rs. 7.5 billion and this is a very good step from the Shehbaz Sharif for the students.

i am student of BS Architecture 8th semester at university of engineering & technology lahore …………..i got above 70% marks (equal gpa) in last semester held by uet so i am fulfilling the criteria for laptop ………….because it is clearly mentioned in rules that only gpa of last semeter is required …………but when i confirmed from admin then i was informed that my name was not sent for laptop 🙁 admin gave me the reeason that you are not eligible according to cgpa …………but i know that eligibility criteria given by HEC is to get above 70% (eqaul gpa) in just last exam ………not in all semester gpa (cgpa)……so i deserve for loptop right know because i got above 70% marks (equal gpa) in last exam ………..i am the only student in my class having no personal laptop:( so i need it badly……….:( and i belong to south punjab district rahim yar khan ……….and our architecture work is totally based on softwares like autocad and 3d max etc…….i need lapto badly i shall be thanful to you if i receive a laptop i will use it for useful purposes and it will make me better in my studies………
