For Sr. No. 24 to 34 are suggested to apply on prescribed form which can be downloaded from the official site of FWO.
Duly filled application form along with attested copies of educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile and recent photographs should reach the following address given below.

Last Date for submission of application is 09th February, 2016.
