1. For Sr., No. 1 to 4 Applicants should apply by downloading the form along with a deposit slip from the NTS Site www.nts.org.pk or from www.jobsalert.pk.
2. Duly filled the application form for Sr. No. 1 to 4 along with a paid deposit slip of test fee and a copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs to the NTS Headquarter Islamabad.
3. The test can fee shall be paid in any branch of ABL / MCB / Meezan / HBL on the prescribed bank Challan.
4. Applications for Sr. No. 5 to 18 should reach the Office of District and Session Judge Lahore.
5. The last date for submission of application is April 01, 2019.
6. Incomplete applications or received after the close of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.
