Government of Pakistan Railways is looking to enhance the staff at Civil Districts comes under Rawalpindi Division and for this purpose it is seeking for educated, skilled and hardworking candidates for the following positions such as (Bridge Muanwan and Pointsman) are on Regular Basis and (Gateman) is on Contract basis initially for two years which is extendable for further period of one year subject to satisfactory performance. Recruitment will be done as per the following quotas in which 60% seats are on Open Merit, 20% seats are for the Children of Railway Employees. 2% seats are reserved for the children of in-service Railway Employees, 10% seats are for retired army officers, 5% seats are reserved for Orphans and 5% seats are reserved for minorities. For Bridge Muawan Matric 2nd Division is required to apply with age 18 to 30 years including 5 years General Relaxation.

For Pointsman Matric 2nd Divisoin is required with 18 to 30 years age, including 5 years General Relaxation.

For Gateman Middle pass candidates can apply with age 18 to 30 years.
