Applicants may download application form from the official site of UET Peshawar or through web link given below.
Duly filled application form for Sr. No. 1 to 10 along with all relevant documents and recent photograph should reach the following address given below.
Candidates have to attach with application form a paid bank draft of Rs. 100/- for Sr. No. 1 to 10 in favor of Treasurer UET, Peshawar.
For Sr. No. 11 candidates have to submit application written on plain paper along with compulsory documents on the following address given below.
Last date for submission of application is 16th November, 2015.
In Service Candidates must apply through proper channel, that they must attach NOC from their concerned departments / organizations along with their application.
