• Interested candidates willing to apply for Sr. No. 3 to 11 can apply on application written on plain paper.
• Applications along with attested copies of educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile and recent photographs should reach on the following address given below.
• It is compulsory for candidates that they should attach with application bank draft of Rs. 100/- for Sr. No. 1 & 2 only.
• Last date for submission of application is 10th September, 2015.
• Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date, shall be rejected without intimation to the applicant.
• Only shortlisted candidates who meet the criteria will be called for test / interview.
