• Candidates first have to pay PTS test fee in any online branch of UBL, Bank Alfalah & Allied Bank.
• Duly filled application form along with original deposit slip, attested copies of educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, domicile and recent photographs should reach the following address.
• All applications should be addressed to Pakistan Testing Service, House No. 152 Street 8, Sector E-11/1, MPCHS Islamabad.
• Last date for submission of application is 09th April, 2016.
• Candidates are required to mention the Post applied for in Capital Letters at the top right hand corner of the envelope.
