• Application form can be obtained from the training centre on the payment of processing fee from 24^th November to 09^th December, 2014.
• Applications accompanied with Attested photocopies of all relevant documents, CNIC, domicile and four recent photographs should reach on the address given below.
• Last Date to for submission of application is 09^th December, 2014.
• Candidates are requested to mention clearly the position applied for on the upper right corner of envelope.
• Applications received incomplete or after last date will not be entertained.
• Only N TA/DA will be admissible to any candidate for appearing in test / interview.
