- Duly filled application forms along with copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should be submitted at the NTS Headquarter through reputed courier.
- Candidates should have to attach with application form original paid deposit slip of Rs. 450/- for the posts from BPS-06 to BPS-15 & Rs. 100 for the post of BPS-01 to BPS-05 in favor of NTS.
