Applicants may download application form from the official site of PU or through web link given below.
Duly filled application form along with detailed Resume / CV, attested educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile and two recent photographs should reach the following address given below.
Application form should be accompanied by Bank Challan of Rs. 1500/- in favor of PU.
Last date for submission of application is 15th July, 2015.
Candidates are suggested to mention clearly the position applied for on the envelope.
No extra time will be allowed for postal transit etc.
No Traveling Allowance / Dearness Allowance will be paid for interview.
