Application form is also obtainable from the Book Shop, University of the Punjab, Allama Iqbal Campus (Old Campus) Lahore / University Information Centre, Quaid-e-Azam Campus (New Campus) Lahore on Payment of Rs. 25/- each.
Duly filled application form along with attested copies of educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, domicile and recent photographs should reach the following address given below.
Candidates should attach with application a paid postal order of Rs. 1500/- in favor of PU.
Last date for submission of application is 22nd June, 2016.
