Eligibility Criteria:

1. Qualification / Experience:
   MBBS
   Registration with PMDC.
   Regular House job for One Year.
2. Age:
   Age of candidates should be between 22 to 35 + 5 Years General age relaxation in upper age limit for Males candidates, so candidates should have age 40 years on 13^th July, 2015.
3. Pay:                                  BS-17
4. Domicile:                      Candidates willing to apply should be domiciled in any District of the Province of Punjab.
5. Gender:                          Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
6. Place of Posting:        All over the Punjab.

• Applicants are required to submit online application form at the official site of PPSC.
• Candidates have to deposit Rs. 300/- as test fee in favor of PPSC in any branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan and put deposit slip number in online application form.
• For Disable persons PPSC has announced that they do not need to pay examination fee.
• Last date for submission of application is 13th July, 2015.
• Applications received other than online will not be accepted.
• Candidates will be called for written test (if held) provisionally and candidates can download their roll number slips from the official site of PPSC.
