• Duly filled application form along with attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile and two recent photographs should reach on the following address given below.
• Candidates have to attach with application form original paid deposit slip of Rs. 700/- for the posts of BPS-11 & above and Rs. 500/- for the posts upto BPS-10 in favor of NTS.
• Last date for submission of application is 03rd August, 2015.
• Incomplete application or received with wrong information will not be entertained.
• NTS Test will be held on 30th August, 2015 in Gujranwala.
