• Duly filled application form along with deposit slip of test fee of Rs. 500/- in favor of NTS, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs and educational directly to NTS through courier on the following address mentioned below.
• Applications for Sr. No. 1 to 5 should reach at NTS Headquarters: 1-E, Street No. 46, I-8/2, Islamabad.
• Candidates have to pay test fee in any online branch of HBL, UBL, MCB or ABL.
• Last date for submission of application is 07th March, 2016.
• Those who wanted to apply for Sr. No. 6 and 7 should download application form from official site of NTS and submit it without any fee in the office of SSP Headquarters, Police Lines, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
• Incomplete application forms or received after closing date will not be entertained.
• Roll No. Slips containing the information regarding test center, timings and test date shall be separately dispatched directly to candidates by NTS.
