Those who are interested and willing to apply for the job must highly qualified, preferably postgraduate, from an internationally recognized institution, eminet professional of known integrity and competence with least twenty (20) years of related experience in Law, Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics or the Power Industry. The selected candidates shall be appointed for an initial term of four years.
