• Candidates may download application form and deposit slip from the official site of NTS which is www.nts.org.pk
• Duly filled application form along with paid deposit slip of Rs. 475/- as test fee in favor of NTS along with all relevant documents should reach the following address.
• All applications should reach at NTS Headquarters, 1-E, Sector I-8/2, Islamabad.
• NTS fee can be submitted in any online branch of HBL, MCB, ABL and UBL (non-refundable and non-transferrable).
• Last Date for submission of application is 25th April, 2016.
• Incomplete applications or received after closing date or submitted by hand will not be entertained.
• Government Servants / autonomous / semi autonomous / corporation employees must only apply through proper channel otherwise their candidature will not be accepted.
• Information about Roll Number & NTS test date and timing will be dispatched at official site of NTS before one week of NTS test.
