• Application forms shall be downloaded from the official site of NTS or through web link given below
• Duly filled application form along with original deposit slip of test fee which is Rs. 475/- for Sr. No. 1 to 4 and Rs. 100/- for 5 & 6 in favour of NTS, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should reach the following address given below.
• Test fee shall be paid in any online branch of UBL, MCB, HBL or ABL on prescribed Bank Challan attached with application form.
• Last date for submission of application is 16^th November, 2015.
• Name of the applied post should be written boldly on top right corner of the envelope.
• List of eligible candidates for written test will be issued at the official site of NTS before one week of test.
