• Duly filled application form along paid deposit slip of Test Fee in favor of MTS and attested copies of educational certificate, CNIC, Domicile and recent photographs should reach on the following address given below.
• Candidates have to pay Rs. 245/- as test fee in favor of MTS for Sr. No. 1 to 5.
• Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- as test fee in favor of MTS for Sr. No. 6 to 8.
• Test fee shall be paid in any online branch of HBL and UBL on prescribed bank challan.
• All applications should reach at MTS Headquarter, 7^th Floor, Mashrique Centre, Ghulshan-E-Iqbal, Block-14, Karachi.
• Last date for submission of application is 05th September, 2016.
• Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected.
• Employees of Government / Semi Government may apply through proper channel.
