• Duly filled application form along with original deposit slip of test fee in favour of NTS, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should reach the following address given below.
• Test fee shall be paid in any branch of UBL, MCB or ABL on prescribed Bank Challan attached with application form.
• Last date for submission of application is 05th October, 2015.
• Incomplete application forms in any respect shall not be entertained.
• Schedule for Entry test will be posted at the official site of NTS before one week of test.
• Original CNIC and Roll Number Slip is compulsory for entry test.
• Test will be held at districts Headquarters, Tehsil Headquarters or other indicated places subject to the number of candidates.
