• Qualification and Experience:
  Candidates must possess qualification LLB / LLM / Bar at Law with minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law and regulatory affairs. Higher qualification in relevant field will be given preference.
• Age:
  Candidates must have maximum age up to 50 years on 15^th October, 2014.
• Tenure:
  The initial contract shall be for three years, extendable on satisfactory performance.
