Following instruction should strictly be ad heard to:

1) The candidates are required to deposit non-refundable examination fee Rs. 5000/- online in Habib Bank PLS Account No. 0617-79003076-01 Opposite High Court, The Mall Road Branch, Lahore and fill in online prescribed application dorm. After taking print, the candidates are required to forward application form to this Court along with original deposit slip.

2) The online application form must be submitted on or before 12:00 am 04/10/2014 (Saturday), where after no online submission shall be accepted.

3) Print out/hard copy of the same together with duly attested copies of all requisite documents must reach to office of the Registrar, Lahore High Court Lahore By-hand or by mail on or before 15/10/2014 Wednesday till 4:000 pm.
