Medical Branch (Specialists) (SPSSC):

For this branch both genders male and females married as well as unmarried are eligible to apply who possess the age limit of 29-48 years and the training period will be 20 weeks for this branch. The qualification which is required includes MBBS with 2nd Division from a recognized university Pakistani or any Foreign Medical College which should be registered by PMDC are the educational criteria for this branch whereas for the specialist which i have discussed below possess the following qualification as FCPS / MRCP / MCPS / FCS (Opth, ENT), FRCPCHS & Diploma from American Board are required to apply. The candidates will be given the rank of Squadron Leader. Height of the Male should be 5 feet 4 inches (162cm) and height of the Female should be 4 feet 10 inches (147cm).

Medical Branch GDMO’s (SPSSC):

Like above both male and females are applicable to apply who possess the age limit of 24-28 years and the qualification which is required for this branch includes MBBS or equivalent with 2nd division from a reputed Medical College, University and any Foreign Medical College which should be recognized by the PMDC and the applicants who have done one year house job also re eligible to apply. • The registration will begin from 20th June to 3rd July 2016.
• The applicants will initially undergo through Intelligence Test, Academic test in the relevant subjects by I & SC.
• After that the applicants will be examined medically.
• Psychological test of the applicants will be conducted only from the shortlisted applicants.
• The interview will be conducted by the AHQ Special Selection Board.
• Final medical examination at CMB Lahore.
• After having and conducting all these test the interview will be conducted by the 2nd AHQ Special Selection Board and final selection will be done on merit basis by the AHQ.
