• Candidates may register themselves via online at the official site of NTS.
• Application forms and online deposit slips shall be downloaded from the official site of NTS.
• Duly filled application form along with original deposit slip of test fee which is Rs. 500/- in favour of NTS, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should reach the following address given below.
• Candidates shall submit their test fee through prescribed deposit slip in any online branch of HBL, MCB, UBL or ABL.
• Last date for submission of application is 10^th December, 2015.
• Incomplete application forms in any respect shall not be entertained by NTS.
• Roll Number Slips will be available before one week of test on NTS website.
