• For BPS-01 to 04 application forms can be downloaded from UTS website along with deposit slip and by paying the test fee of Rs.100/ in countrywide online branches of bank.
• Duly filled application with copy of deposit slips attached with application form should reach at the proper address before due date.
• Last date for applying is 05^th May 2016.
• The candidates who will pass through Physical Test for Sr. No 2, 5, 9 & 11 by paying Rs.150/additionally for it.
• The copies of testimonials are not required at this stage.
• The Govt Employees apply through proper channel.
• Number of posts can be increased or decreased.
