Application Form, prescribed Syllabus and Challan Forms can be downloaded from official site of SPSC or through web link given below.
Duly filled application form along with attested copies of educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile and three attested passport size photographs should reach the following address given below.
Candidates have to attach with application form an original paid Challan Form of Rs. 1000/- as test fee in favour of SPSC.
Last date for submission of application is 11th November, 2015.
