• Application forms shall be downloaded from the official site of NTS.
• Duly filled application form along with original deposit slip test fee in favour of NTS, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should reach the following address given below.
• Test fee shall be pain in any branch of UBL, MCB or ABL on prescribed Bank Challan attached with application form.
• Those candidates willing to apply for BPS 1 to 5 may apply on NTS Form but they don’t need to submit application fee and they have to submit applications in the office of Chief Admin FBR.
• Last date for submission of application is 18th October, 2015.
• Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected.
• Please use separate form and separate envelope if you want to apply for more than 1 posts.
• Candidates can also download their Roll No. Slips from NTS website.
