Recruitment and Selection Process:

• After receiving resumes, HRM department short-list candidates bases on the requirements of the job and calls selected candidates.
• Those who qualify the written test are then called for first interview, final interview is conducted for those who qualify the first interview.
• Selected candidates go through pre employment medical examination.
• Documents (Educational and Experience) are also verified and scrutinized.
• If a candidates has cleared all the tests and the Selection process, he/she is offered the job and is finally inducted.
