• Duly filled application form along with copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should reach the NTS Headquarter at Islamabad.
• Candidates have to attach with application form original paid deposit slip in favor of NTS.
• Last date for submission of application is 01st August, 2015.
• Candidates can download their Roll No. Slips from the official site of NTS in which complete information of test centre, timings and test date will be mentioned separately.
