• Duly filled application form along with copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should reach the NTS Headquarter at Islamabad.
• Candidates have to attach with application form original paid deposit slip of Rs. 690/- in favor of NTS.
• Last date for submission of application is 31^st July, 2015.
• Serving candidates are advised to apply through proper channel with NOC issued by the relevant department.
