• Application forms shall be downloaded from the official site of NTS or through web link given below.
• Duly filled application form along with original deposit slip of test fee of Rs. 600/- in favour of NTS, copy of CNIC, two recent passport size photographs and copies of all academic and experience certificates should reach the following address given below.
• Test fee shall be pain in any branch of UBL, MCB or ABL on prescribed Bank Challan attached with application form.
• Last date for submission of application is 07^th September, 2015.
• Applications received on or after 8^th September, 2015 will be rejected.
• Incomplete applications / documents and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
