• Duly filled application form along attested copies of all relevant documents such as educational certificate, experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile, recent photographs and self addressed large size envelope bearing Postage Stamps of Rs. 25/- on the following address given below.
• Candidates have to attach with application form the original treasury receipt of Rs. 300/- for BPS-17 and Rs. 500/- for BPS-18.
