1. Applicants may apply online at the official site of UHS i.e. http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/jobs/login or through the web link given below.
2. Take a print of the online filled application form and submit it along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and four fresh passport-size colored photographs, which should reach the address given below.
3. Candidates must attach a paid Bank Challan as the processing fee to the application form, in favor of the Treasurer of UHS.
   1. Rs. 5000/- for BPS-19
   2. Rs. 2000/- for BPS-17 & above.
4. The last date for submission of the application is September 24, 2026.
5. Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
