1. Applicants may apply online at the official site of UHS i.e. http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/jobs/login or through the web link given below.
2. Take a print of the online filled application form and submit it along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and four fresh passport-size colored photographs, which should reach the address given below.
3. Candidates have to attach with the application form a paid Bank Challan as processing fee in favor of the Treasurer of UHS.

4. The last date for submission of the application is July 31, 2025.
5. Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
