1. Applicants may download the application form from the official site of UHS i.e. www.uhs.edu.pk or through the web link given below.
2. Application form along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and four fresh passport-size colored photographs should reach the address given below.
3. Candidates have to attach with the application form a paid Bank Challan of Rs. 100/- for BPS-01 to BPS-04 and Rs. 500/- for BPS-05 to BPS-16 as processing fee in favor of Treasurer of UHS.
4. The last date for submission of the application is February 13, 2025.
5. Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
7. Govt/Semi-Govt and Autonomous Bodies servants should apply through proper channels.
8. The quota is reserved for 2% for disabled candidates and 5% for minorities.
