The Punjab government has once again launched the CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025 under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, aiming to empower students by providing them with devices containing the latest technology. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz confirmed in a press conference that the first shipment of laptops had arrived in Pakistan and laptop distribution ceremonies will be held under the Honhaar Scholarship Programme.
Chief Minister Laptop Scheme 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Program Overview:
Initially, the government plans to distribute 50,000 latest laptops to deserving students. Annually 2000 laptops will be distributed and CM also added that 2000 laptops will also be given to Intermediate and Matriculation students to fulfill the requirements of the scheme.
Latest Devices to Be Distributed Under CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025:
Students applying under the Chief Minister’s Laptop Scheme will receive 13th-generation Core i7 laptops. This will encourage students to research and learn more about digital education and modern technology. Top students from Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools having at least 65% or above marks will also have such latest laptops.
Allocation Details as per CM Punjab Official Team:
- 20,000 laptops for university students.
- 14,000 laptops for college students
- 4,000 laptops for students from technical and agricultural colleges.
- 2,000 laptops for students from medical and dental colleges.
Note: Students from South Punjab will receive 32% of the total collection.

Students holding degrees from the following fields are eligible to apply.

- Medicine
- Engineering
- Science
- Social Sciences
- Business Administration
- Languages
- Veterinary Medicine
- Agriculture
How to Apply Complete Application Process:
Currently, for CM Punjab Laptop Scheme has not set any online application submission procedure because it authorized institutions to compile data on eligible students. Institutions will submit the complete data to the Higher Education Commission Punjab, which will release the final lists of selected students.
Distribution Date & Time:
- Registration will begin in February 2025.
- The expected distribution date is likely in April or May 2025.
Laptop Scheme 2025 Merit List Check
Merit List:
As the institutions are collecting data of eligible students and submitting it to HEC Punjab. Higher Education Commission Punjab will examine the data and will provide the merit list of eligible students at its official website.

F.A/FS.c (For FATA & rest of the Tribal Areas) the candidates who have got admission on 30 June 2014 are eligible. its the condition for applying but its consulted with the FATA so i think u need to readout the whole process for full details because here no i found about 2nd year ans also read out the post.

so, ye msla to ap authority se consult kren aur if apki age valid nahi hai ya nahi thi so mein kuch nhi krskti cox mein authority nhi hun na hi unki member ap inkey diye gaye contact pr rabta kren apko ki hl miljayega.
