Eligibility Criteria

Chief Executive Officer (CEO):

• Minimum age 50 years.
• Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university, or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, with 5 years in a senior executive/leadership role (education, public administration, corporate, non-profit, or international development).
• Proven record of institutional leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in establishing/leading complex organizations is an advantage.

Trust Secretary:

• Minimum age 35 years.
• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.), OR
• Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA), OR
• Master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Commerce, or Law graduate from HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience.
• Preferably experience in trust/company/registered organization.
• Must fit the criteria provided in Trust Deed.
