• Duly filled application form along with paid copy of the deposit slip, CNIC and recent photographs should reach the following address given below.
• Candidates have to pay the prescribed test fee in any of the country wide online branches of ABL, HBL, UBL and MCB.
• Those candidates who wanted to apply for Post BPS 2-5, have to apply on separate form which can be obtained from the www.usc.org.pk or through following web link given below and submit it along with all relevant documents at Head office of USC.
• Last date for submission of application is 26th October, 2015.
• Please use separate form and separate envelope if you wish to apply for more than 1 posts.
• After registration procedure list of eligible candidates for written test will be available at official site of NTS.
