Eligibility criteria for the PM Laptop Scheme 2014 has been announced on the official site of HEC, eligibility criteria has been set by HEC to ensure transparency and distribution of laptops are on completely merit basis, distribution of the laptops are going to be on 100% merit basis among the students of Pakistani Universities.
