• For Sr. No. 1 and 2 application forms and online deposit slips shall be downloaded from the official site of NTS.
• For Sr. No. 1 and 2 duly filled application form along with original deposit slip of test fee which is Rs. 500/- in favour of NTS, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs should reach the following address given below.
• Candidates shall submit their test fee through prescribed deposit slip in any online branch of HBL, MCB, UBL or ABL.
• Last date for submission of application for Sr. No. 1 and 2 is 15^th December, 2015.
• For Sr. No. 3 candidates have to submit application along with relevant documents in the Labour Court Lahore.
• Last date to apply for Sr. No. 3 is 08^th December, 2015.
• Government employees should apply through proper channel.
• Only eligible candidates will be called for test / interview.
