• Deputy District Officer (Health) & Medical Superintendent (THQs)

How To Apply:

• Candidates may download application form and deposit slip from the official site of NTS.
• Duly filled application form along paid deposit slip of Rs. 500/- as Test Fee in favor of NTS and attested copies of educational certificate, CNIC, Domicile and recent photographs should reach on the following address given below.
• Test fee shall be paid in any online branch of HBL, UBL, MCB or ABL on prescribed bank challan.
• All applications should reach at NTS Headquarter 1-E, Street No. 46, Sector I-8/2, Islamabad.
• Last date for submission of application is 15th September, 2016.
• Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected.
• Information about test / interview will be updated at the official site of NTS before one week of NTS Test.
• Candidates have to pass the NTS test with at least 50% marks so that they will qualify for Interview.
