• Duly filled application form along with original deposit slip of test fee along with all relevant documents should reach the following address given below.
• Test Fee shall be paid in any online branch of UBL, Meezan Bank & Bank Al-Falah.
• Last date for submission of application is 11th April, 2016.
• The candidates are required to mention post applying for on the right top corner of the envelope.
• Incomplete applications or received after closing date will not be entertained.
• Government or Semi Government department employees shall forward their applications through proper channel.
